Lyocell, also known under the trade name Tencel, is a viscose-like material. Lyocell is also closely related to Cupro or Modal.
Lyocell has an excellent tenacity in both wet and dry, feels cool and absorbs humidity well. Lyocell thus is often used in functional wear.
