Flocked Yarn

Flocked yarn usually is used for three applications:
 

• automotive
   
• furnishing upholstery
   
• technical performance applications
  (carrier yarn CV instead of PA6)

Main application field is the automotive market. Textiles woven with flocked yarn are used as covers of car seats. Electrical movements of internal parts of cars, like seats or sun roofs, are managed by flexible shafts, where flocked yarn is applied for silencing purpose. 

Suitable and full-of-look, the flocked yarn is for years visible on bands, ropes, ribbon & braid or similar articles. Medical articles like elastic stockings usually contain flocked yarn. Flocked Yarn can be also used for embroidery articles or production of accessorial.
