• plasma Copper coated yarns
  Plasma copper coated yarn are yarns that are copper coated by the plasma metal coating process.
  Plasma copper coated yarns consist of a base yarn (polyester, polyamide or any other filament yarn) and real pure 100% copper as a coating with no additional, underlying layer of glue-like metals, materials or any other substances.
  Conductivity levels for copper coated yarn can be tailored upon your requirements as well as requirements regarding the count.
  
  Plasma copper coated yarn are not readily available in stock, therefore need to be produced upon demand.
   

• Copper mixed with Polyester multifilament (blend)
  Intimate mix of polyester with highly conductive copper monofilaments which can be coated with silver or polyurethane products;
  from dtex 50 up to dtex 610

  The Polyester provides the textile properties according to your final product requirements and the copper component the necessary or shielding performance.

• copper fine wire / "monofilament"
  from 0.020 mm up to 0.080 mm
  available with specific coatings upon request
   
• pure copper metallic yarn
  Metallic yarn made from pure copper to combine the properties of metallic yarn with the properties of copper
